picture appeared on the Facebook Hematology Interest Group today. However it
didn’t come with any more information than “vacuolated
erythroblasts”.

quick Google search showed that these appear in all sorts of unrelated
conditions including drug toxicity, dyshaemopoetic states…

wish people would give more clinical information when they post these pictures…
