I’ve
joined the Blood Bank Interest Group on Facebook. There’s a couple of threads
which interest me on there already. When performing batch acceptance on
antibody panels, why do we only test a few antigens? Why not all of them?
Why
do eluates on a positive DAT on a child who is slightly yellow but clearly has a
transient ABO incompatibility with mum?
